Needless to say there has been no sewing, blogging or sightseeing.
Hopefully things will improve soon.

Down for the count...
Was feeling pretty low the last couple days in Saskatchewan but I thought I was coming down with a cold. Now back in Ontario, but I have been in bed most of the last three days except for a trip to the Emergency Dept. Seems that along with the horrendous cough,sore throat, sore ears, lack of energy, and several other undesirable things, it seems I have pneumonia in my right lung.

ReplyDeleteSo sorry that you are sick on the road. When I'm sick, I want my flannels and my own bed. Hope now that you ave the right medications, it won't be long in feeling better but don't take on too much. Make yourself the priority.

Your body is telling you something.....it is saying,"OK, you won't take a break, I will slow you down"......,so, lie back, sip some lemonflavoured hot tea, catch up on sleep, read your magazines, and get well! (And have lots of chicken soup). (Welcome to the Golden years)

ReplyDeleteI hope you are feeling better by now. I had a chest infection a couple of weeks ago too, and it hurt so much I thought maybe it was pneumonia, but I seemed to beat it within four days without antibiotics so guessed it wasn't that bad. Two of my colleagues have had pneumonia in the last month, so it is going around this part of the world at the moment too. Really hope you managed to rest and are well now.
